Has called cell phone five times today alone. Does not leave a voicemail, and there is no indication of who they are on caller ID.

called 26 times today last one at 11pm. When answered no one is there and cannot call back. Either it states this is not a valid number. or it is busy. very annoying.

This man with a foreign accent keeps calling me saying that I owe money and that I or my attorney must call him back.

I answered the call, they asked for a "Mr. Hernandez" I stated that she (the Caller) had the wrong number. She paused then asked me to identify myself. I replied "I am not Mr. Hernandez and thats pretty much all you need to know." She then thanked me and hung up. {I don't know if it is a collector or not but I am certain it is not a "dePt" collector. DeBt.

These people have been calling me 3 or 4 times a day for weeks. 730am-10pm I finally answered tonight and they know my address, & my credit card number, but as soon as I asked where they got my address they hung up. I have already filed with the FCC and I have put myself on the Do Not Call List - next step will be a lawyer.

calls and leaves a message to call back, never do nor will i answer. if they cant tell me who they are i dont mess with them, but they call every day twice a day.

This caller left a harassing message on my home phone number and said I had 24 hours to contact them back, that they would be serving me with papers between 9 - 2 today. They have obtained my sister's cell number who is an amputee and in a nursing home and have continued to harassed her with numerous phones calls and threats. I do not know how they obtained her cell phone number or my home phone number. When I called them back I got a man who advised this was a matter from 1994 and the papers would be served and I had better be home to receive them. I attempted to let them know I was returning their call and he begin screaming and claiming I called him. I have never heard of these people and would like to know my legal options in this situation. Phone rang, unanswered. No message in voicemail. No way of telling who? From where? And, how come the number came thru with the zero leading double ones?

Call just about everyday even on weekends. Never leaves a message. Cannot call the number back. Very annoying.
